The Solvency Review

An independent service provided by The P&A Partnership's dedicated team of chartered accountants. The review is designed specifically for cases where lenders have serious concerns about viability and are uncomfortable with their level of risk.

Its objectives will be to establish:

• current financial position;
• the viability of the business;
• short-term funding requirements;
• existing and projected security values;
• options;
• recommended action plan.

There will normally be a fee for this service, competitively pitched according to the size of the company and the scope of the lender's letter of instructions.
