From our office in Glasgow we are able to provide the P&A Group’s services throughout Scotland. However, it must be borne in mind that the legal system in Scotland differs to that in England & Wales and therefore some offerings may differ.

Although legislation on Administrations and Company Voluntary Arrangements is set by Westminster and broadly follows that of England & Wales, the legal system governing personal debt solutions and liquidations is set by the Scottish Government.
