OUR COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
We do everything possible to ensure all our customers obtain a professional service.
If for any reason you feel dissatisfied with the service you have received, you should contact us to obtain a copy of our complaint handling procedure. This will explain how to make a formal complaint, and how we will handle it. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact our trade association, the Credit Services Association, and if you are still not satisfied you are entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
